Due to circumstances creating limited client capacity, we will be implementing a 24hr minimum cancellation policy. This ensures that our service providers receive an adequate and well deserved income. If your scheduled appointment can not be respected within the 24 hours we will be invoicing 50% of your service cost.

Our Story
Founded January 1st 1981 by master stylists Madeleine Letellier from France and Michel Boisvert from Montreal to bring a high end salon to their clientele. Some years later came Francesca and Harry to continue to evolve SalonChatelleConcept. The duo, who work for hair compagnies world wide, bring to their salon new ways of working and inspire trends.
They continue to adapt to todays needs now becoming an eco-responsable salon with products and services following strict environmental and humanitary rules.
Being near downtown and without paying parking, Chatelle Concept's new location offers services in hair, esthetics and spa on 3 floors.

Always passionate about creation, drawing and painting, hairdressing has become his ultimate form of creativity. Harry spent 30 years evolving as an artist on stage for a hair care line based in Milan, Italy.
In collaboration with Francesca Di Trapani, wife and business partner, they then transformed Salon Chatelle into {Chatelle Concept Salon and Spa}, a holistic environment that meets all the desires and needs of a person.
